As we move closer to Veterans month, November, Veteran activity is ramping- up. Veterans radio this Sunday will feature Veteran outreach projects across America such as: Motor City Match with Jill Ford a business resource for ‘those not waiting for opportunities but creating them’; Hiring Event for Veterans & their families sponsored by Michigan Works; Jarret Schlaff, Co-founder and CEO of Boots On the Ground; Marine, Michael Aaron Glass, Executive Director of Veterans Leadership Program of Western PA serving over 2,400 Veterans yearly with jobs, housing and other essential services; Tom Wright Activist/Fundraiser for a 24 suite “Heroes House” for Veterans seeking care and their families.
